I’m Lou (Louise) Kozlevcar, a freelance web designer in Melbourne. I’m non-binary and my pronouns are they/them/their. I specialise in website redesigns of WordPress websites for small-medium businesses in Australia.

It’s one of the most commonly asked questions I get as a web designer. If you have no idea how much a website should cost, I get you. You may have experienced a free platform, or gotten quotes ranging from $500 to $50,000.
There’s a balancing act between getting ‘just any website’ and one by someone who knows what they’re doing. I mean, you wouldn’t hire a gardener to fix your car… So if you’re an expert psychologist, why should it be expected to know how to build a website that gets found and gets you leads?
