Squarespace Website Rescues
Got a Squarespace site that’s been “almost done” for way too long?
Hi, I’m Lou. I’m based in Melbourne, Australia, and I work with website owners locally and overseas to own websites that they’re happy to send people to.
The website Lou developed for me is really easy to update, so I can manage my content and be responsive to what my clients are interested in.

Let’s Get it Done
Maybe you started it yourself and got stuck. Maybe a previous designer left things half-finished. Or maybe it’s live but you cringe every time someone asks for your website.
Either way, I can fix it.
I offer focused, half- or full-day sessions to get your Squarespace site looking polished, working properly, and actually representing your business or project the way it should.
What I can take off your plate:
- Layout and design tweaks that have been bugging you
- Mobile responsiveness issues
- Navigation, pages, and structure clean-ups
- Fonts, colours, and brand consistency
- Contact forms, buttons, and links that don’t work
- That section you’ve never quite figured out

How It Works & Pricing
Book a half-day or full-day session. We’ll talk priorities beforehand so the whole session is focused, so by the end of the day, you’ll have a site you’re proud to share.
Half-day ($500 AUD) works well for smaller sites — typically 1–6 pages with straightforward layouts and a manageable amount of content.
Full day ($900 AUD) is better suited for sites with more pages, content-heavy layouts, or a blog with a dozen or more posts.
GST is not applicable as I am not registered for GST.
The honest guide: it’s less about counting pages and more about how much content needs attention. A 4-page site packed with text, images, and moving parts can take just as long as a 10-page site with simple layouts.
Not sure which applies to you? Just ask — if it looks like your site needs more time than expected, I’ll let you know before we begin so we can figure out the best way to approach it together.

FAQs
What do you need from me?
For me to fix your Squarespace site, I’ll need: contributor access to your site, any files or assets that need to go on the site (images, logos, documents, copy), a signed agreement, and a deposit to lock in your session.
Do you only work with people in Australia?
No, geography doesn’t limit us. The only exception is if your project relies on something location-specific, like local banking or postage systems. Outside of that, I can help regardless of where you’re based.
Do we work together on Zoom all day?
No. You can get on with your day! We can a quick call before your booked day to agree on priorities and make sure I have everything I need. After that, I work independently and check in with you if anything comes up. You’ll get a summary of everything completed at the end.
How do I pay you?
You’ll be sent an invoice for a deposit to secure your place, and another invoice when I’ve done everything we agreed I would do. My invoicing platform has options for paying via card or bank transfer.
Why a $500 minimum?
Because real, lasting fixes take time. A half-day gives us enough runway to properly assess what’s wrong, make considered changes, and test everything — not just apply a quick patch that unravels later.
What if my fix is smaller than a half-day?
If you think your site needs less than three hours of work, I do take on smaller jobs at $120/hour — though I accept these on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch and describe what you’re dealing with, and I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.
What if something goes wrong?
This is why I welcome conversations before we start! Any kind of outcome you want to tell me about, websites that inspire you, etc. — you are welcome to share.
Booking a full day or half-day of my time falls under my Website Fix Terms, which you can read in this PDF.
