I don’t want to offer paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta) for you guys anymore. Sorry. But it’s not because ads don’t work.
There are a couple of reasons:
Firstly, ads don’t magically work without preparation
There are extra bits and bobs you might need… That I can’t do on my own.
Things like…
- Business foundations. (You know what your business is. This isn’t just a feeler.)
- A captive audience. (You know people want your stuff. This isn’t an experiment.)
- A trustworthy website. (Your website gets sales. Ads won’t fix a broken website.)
- Connect-worthy content. (Your brand is already proven to produce content people will stop and look at.)
- Effective follow-through and follow-ups. (You have capacity to scale, and deliver what you promise.)
👆🏻 This is too much for one! Especially one who cares about your website too!
So yeah, I technically *could* operate the ads for you.
But I can’t coach your business, or create all the other bits you need to make ad dollars work effectively. Besides, ads are getting a little more nuanced and number-crunchy (and I’m not loving it, ha)
And secondly… it’s all the spreadsheets
I gave it a go, but sadly I don’t think my heart belongs in pivot tables.
So this is why I’ve decided to only specialise in websites.
It means I can better myself in one of the multiple pillars you need to be online.
I go into more depth about this in my podcast episode: Episode 061: Paid ads aren’t broken, but this is why I’m stepping back.
